Raised ground floor · door No. 1
Seventy square metres on the raised ground floor, for a family or a group of friends. One bedroom takes a large double; the second takes a large double and a single alongside it; and the sofa in the living room opens out for two more. The kitchen runs the length of one wall in white and walnut, the dining table seats six, and the bathroom has the washing machine in it. Wooden floors throughout, air conditioning for August, and a terrace on the quiet side of the house where the morning sun lands first.

The Space
The layout is simple and it works. A hall with a full-height mirrored wardrobe takes the coats and the suitcases, so neither bedroom fills up with luggage. Off it are the two bedrooms and the bathroom. Straight ahead, the kitchen, the table and the sofa share one bright room, which means whoever is cooking is still part of the conversation.
One bedroom takes a large double and a single alongside it, so a family of three fits without anyone on a sofa. The other has a large double under a red headboard. That makes five in beds before you touch the living room — and the sofa there opens flat for two more, made up properly with linen and towels rather than as an afterthought. Seven in total, in seventy square metres.
There is air conditioning — worth knowing, because Ljubljana genuinely gets hot in July and August — plus radiators for the winter, cable television, and a terrace you can put a coffee down on.
Room by room
A large double bed and a single, both with proper headboards, a bedside table and lamp, and enough floor left to open a suitcase flat. Wooden floors and a rug. This is the quiet room, looking onto the garden.
A large double under a red upholstered headboard, with a bedside chest. This one faces the road; the larger bedroom is the quieter of the two.
One room, three jobs: cooking along the wall, six seats at the table, and a sofa that opens out for two with the television opposite. The terrace door is off this room.

Dates and reservations
Taken straight from our Airbnb and Booking.com calendars. Shaded days are already let. A half-shaded day is a changeover: the guest before you leaves by 10:00, so that night is yours from 14:00. Pick your dates and they will carry straight into the request below.
Checking our booking calendars…
The City of Ljubljana charges a tourist tax of €3.15 per person, per night. Adults pay the full amount; children between 7 and 18 pay half, €1.60; children under 7 and guests with a disability pay nothing. It is not part of the nightly rate — you leave it in cash in the apartment before you go.
Availability refreshes about every twenty minutes and is a guide, not a reservation. Send us your dates below and we will confirm them by email.
Nothing is booked and nothing is charged by sending this. We check the dates against every calendar we keep, reply by email — usually within a few hours — and send the payment details only once the dates are yours.
Because check-in is by key code, we register you in the guest book ourselves, as Slovenian law requires. Before you arrive, please send us, for every person staying: full name, date of birth, passport or identity card number, and nationality.
Smoking is on the terraces only, never inside the apartments.
